PROBLEM
À2PAS needs to improve user acquisition and retention, event creation, sales or other attributes, as it currently has comprehension problems in its navigation and, as a result, a poor rating from current users.
SOLUTION
Although the website is not yet operational, the final tests have been a success 🥳, all involved: users, promoters, artists and buyers, have understood very easily and quickly all the proposed flows, which guarantees a low frustration rate. 😎
